It’s remarkable that our society will willingly agree to limit the number, size and season of hunting certain kinds of fish or game, but not the number or percentage of homes purchased by investors in any given market. 20 or 30 percent is a lot, especially when we’re dealing with shelter, which is a fundamental human right.
